1.  Mahendra Singh Dhoni arranges a final ticket for Pakistan fan

Chicago-based Mohammed Bashir was elated when Dhoni arranged a complimentary World Cup final pass for him.

“At the 2014 World T20, I could not get any tickets for any of the matches, so Dhoni arranged a complimentary ticket of the final for me. He is a gem of a person. I have come to make sure he wins the World Cup. I am sure his newborn baby will bring him luck,” said Bashir.

2.  Ashwin tweet about Babar Azam

"Looking forward to seeing Babar Azam bat tonight. Hopefully, we will reach Indore in time to see the game", Ashwin.

Indian spinner Ravichandran Ashwin appears to be a fan of talented Pakistani batsman Babar Azam who has struck two consecutive tons against West Indies. It’s good to see when experienced players praise youngsters irrespective of country.

3.  Imran Khan gives Srikkanth another chance

Pakistan captain Imran Khan was sympathetic to Kris Srikkanth, who was wrongly adjudged LBW to Waqar Younis in an ODI at Lahore in 1989. Srikkanth was convinced it was not out when he started walking back in an agitated manner. It was then that Imran Khan told him to come back and bat again as the umpire was forced to change his decision. Next ball though, Waqar got him out caught behind and Srikkanth's fate was sealed.

During the 2011 World Cup in the match against the West Indies, Sachin Tendulkar showed no hesitation to walk after the ball had hit the glove while he faced a bouncer from Ravi Rampaul. The umpire was unsure but his quandary was solved by Sachin who decided to walk.

5.  Grant Elliott lifts up Dale Steyn

In a semi-final between New Zealand and South Africa in the 2015 World Cup. South Africa had, for the first time in history, entered the semi-final of the World Cup after winning a knockout match. Elliott's amazing knock sealed the win for the hosts which was heartbreaking for South Africa. Tears and disappointment ran on the faces of the Proteas on that day when Elliott picked up Dale Steyn to console him.

6.  Virat Kohli gifts Mohd Amir bat!

India’s ace batsman Virat Kohli gifted one of his bats to comeback Pakistan pacer Mohammad Amir in world t20 clash between two arch-rivals.

“I am very happy to see Amir back in action. He understood his mistake and has corrected himself and came back. He has always been an outstanding bowler, a world-class bowler…” Kohli had said.
